I became a Real Estate Agent and got my license on December 11, 2008. So you might consider me to be fresh meat in the real estate business.

The reason I got into the real estate business is that I like people. I love helping others achieve their dreams. My wife and I have been working together and helping others since we were married in August of 1990.

We started our business helping small to medium businesses advertise themselves by means of newsletters, brochures, and promotional fliers. In November 1993 we found this thing called the internet and changed all of our focus to this new media format. By 1997 we had established an excellent following with several associations across the United States and began our hosting company which is still in business today. We have worked with many thousands of individuals and organizations over the past 18 years including several colleges and universites, The United States Army Reserve, The Louisville Bats (Louisville Cardinals when we first started working with them) several banks and lending institutes and organizations like SMABA, NELBA, KSAE, Trust for Life, KADA, and more than 150 other associations around the state and across the USA.

In addition to our work with the internet I have been a programmer and beta tester for Adobe, Microsoft, Corel, and Allaire, have coauthored 2 books with my wife Holly, spoken in front of the International Distance Learning Association to over 5000 teachers/professors about the use of telecommunications for the future, and was named on 2 different occasions to the top two hundred Who’s Who in Information Technology.

And, before I became part of the information technology industry, I was a food sales person and taught bakers and their staff how to prepare all kinds of baked goods and culinary delights.

I have a daughter Christina who has her Masters in Special Education and teaches at Nicholasville Elementary where she and her husband Lloyd live with our Granddaughter Lily, who is her papaws pride and joy.

So that gives you a little more info about me. All I really want to convey to those reading this site is that I believe in people, and I want to be the person to help you get the next home of your dreams whether it is your first home or your tenth.
