Well I have said it before and I continue to say it, “The market is changing and is moving toward a balanced market.” If you do not think this is true, ask your friends that Are looking for a home or that are selling their home. More traffic multiple offers, better pricing etc. Now rates are talking about going up a little. The time is now to buy and sell.
