As a real estate agent I am constantly asked questions I can not answer, such as; where are the best areas to live in, is this a safe area, what is the average wages of people in this area, what is the ethnic balance in the area?

I always say the same thing, I am not allowed to tell you anything about the area, but you can get that information from the web.

I just recently got a tool that I am using on my site so that visitors can find out more information about the neighborhood they live in or are looking to move into.

That program is Market Insider and is located at the top menu bar on all of my pages on my web site http://www.louisvillekyhomefinder.com. It is free to use however you may have to register to continue to use it.
