Seminar Update

Author: admin  //  Category: From the Front Porch

The seminar will be from 6 to 8 pm at 1860 Campus Dr on Thursday the 11th of November.
The program will be led by myself and guest speaker Richard Hampton Scurlock, III, CFP.
Hampton works with people on their financial planning and is opening up new avenues for people to become more secure in their retirement accounts rather than just with stocks and mutual funds. His method is to help people purchase property with their IRA and or 401k that in some cases produce tax free income in their retirement account. Imagine owning properties worth 2 times or greater what your original IRA was and have those properties depositing money into your IRA every month.
IRA contribution limits are $5000 or $6000 per year per person. Some retirement accounts (solo 401k)allow for contributions over $50000 per year. . Imagine putting 500 per month or more plus the 3500 per year into your IRA. Imagine your IRA paying for the maintenance of the property as well.
I will be showing properties that are available to purchase around Louisville currently and talking how easy it is to get into the game.
This is just some of the things that you will learn about during the program that night.
To register or this program, call or email Rick Hogue. Space is limited to 75 people. There is no cost for this program.
