It is starting this week. It will be heard by many people from across the country. It will be talked about for the next several months. It is KW Mega Camp. Sorry one and all but I did not go to Mega Camp this year but will in 2011 as one of my goals. The people attending this fabulous program are learning from some of the top agents in the business from across the country on how to increase their business.

I chose to stay at home and put the practices I learned from BOLD to good use. I will end up with over 10 closings this month, and have several new clients for October and November. I am on a roll with this past weekend ending with 7 offers being placed by me on properties for my clients, having 18 couples come to my open house on Sunday and another of my open houses having 13 couples, and to top that off I showed 42 homes between Friday and Saturday.

Needless to say on Monday the 13th I kind of vegged-out but not too much as I have investors coming in this week from Tennessee, have 2 people to list homes with and have already gotten 5 of the offers I wrote accepted from this weekend. I will be receiving offers on Tuesday for two of my listings which will be accepted so I will have sold 5 or 6 of my current listings this month.

I plan on holding a seminar in the next month on investing using what you have to get properties that give you tax free money. I have a financial advisor that will be helping me do this seminar and I will be there to show some of the properties currently available to get people to consider buying them. The reason I am doing this is I got my statement from my investment broker (not that I have lots of investments but it is a start) and when I opened it up I found that since March 2010 to June 2010 I lost over 1000 dollars out of my account in the market. Now the way I am looking at it is much different. I can use some of that money and buy homes on a tax free basis and build my retirement fund rapidly all tax free. Do you want to know more?
