The Hogue Group

Today I scheduled my exam which is the 3rd of November at 8:00 am. Have to be there by 7:30 in order to  register. Once I pass the exam on Monday, I will have to take the information to my principle broker to have it sent in and it will take 7 to 10 days for the Commission to send my license out. I should still be able to start working in real estate as there is a 10 day grant to work that the broker can sign you in on so you can go on and get started. I will still have to register with the Real Estate Association and have to take a couple of classes and pay some fees but after Monday I should be well on my way.

Have to start somewhere so here goes. Just starting to work on getting ready to complete the exam for my Real Estate License. I have been working for over a week on reading over my notes and have had one group study group to work on the final exam for school. Looks like I will be able to make a decision Tuesday or Wednesday of next week as to who I will be going with. Stay tuned for the latest and greatest on that horizon.

My mom had to go into the hospital today due to an irregular heartbeat. Thank goodness my brother was there so he could take her home in the late afternoon. They gave her more pills and told her to get with her regular cardiologist. Wheeh that was a relief.
